The installation of a state-of-the- art Combined Heat & Power (CHP) plant, with a significant investment totaling £2.7 million, resulted in a remarkable 30% reduction in energy consumption and a permanent annual decrease of 3,000 tonnes of CO2, equivalent to removing 850 vehicles from London's roads.
