Brian Hill

President, Inntelect Energy

Brian founded Inntelect in 2022, but his industry experience goes back to his twenties as a doorman at the Orlando World Center Marriott. Serving guests from all over the world and learning front-line operations led to his career as an international management consultant.

 

Brian served as Marketing Manager for Europe-based Swissôtel Hotels before starting a marketing and operations strategy consultancy for destination getaways. During the pandemic, he partnered with investors to analyze distressed properties and determine how to improve financial performance and maximize asset value.

Brian's consulting career includes a senior role on the business strategy team at IBM Global Business Services in Europe, where he advised clients on customer loyalty and cost-takeout. Leveraging his guest service experience, his team identified operational failures negatively impacting revenue at Wal-Mart Germany.

 

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College, MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, a consistently-ranked Top 10 business school in Europe, and a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments from Cornell University.
